Julie Biniasz, Citrone partner
Julie is a self-described matchmaker and trouble-shooter, two talents that made her journey from fashion design and retail sales to real estate representation a natural progression. Each step of the way, Julie’s eye for exceptional design and her passion for gracious client service were evident.
In 2005, Julie was invited to join the exclusive representation team at Fifteen Twenty-One Second Avenue, one of the most respected residential developments in downtown Seattle.
Currently, she lives a stone’s throw from Pike Place Market with her husband, architect Blaine Weber. Her personal passions include traveling the world, tending to her terrace garden, and touring on her Davidson bicycle (which she once used to navigate Alp d’Huez’s hairpin turns in advance of Lance Armstrong’s time trials!).
Julie holds a degree from the University of Delaware and was a student at the Paris-American Academy of Design. She’s also a member of the Seattle Rotary Club and the Seattle Art Museum Supporters (SAMS).

Citrone partner Sam Cunningham on what makes Julie great:
“Julie is a true friend, a trusted confidant, and one of the most consistently cheerful people I’ve ever met. Her optimistic take on life plays well in all situations—including negotiation sessions where deals are made or broken. She has an exceptional eye for detail as well as the ability to plan ahead. If there’s an opportunity behind an obstacle, expect Julie to find it.”
Citrone partner Sandy Justen on what makes Julie great:
“Julie goes to the mat for her clients. Yes, she has that sweet smile and charming nature—but one would be wise to not underestimate her ability at the negotiation table. When the going gets tough, Julie gets tougher.”
