We live here, we give here: The Center for Wooden Boats

Yes, we admit it: We like to see good things happening in the city we love. One thing we particularly care about is The Center for Wooden Boats on Lake Union.

As an integral part of Lake Union Park (adjacent to the fast-developing South Lake Union business and residential neighborhood), The Center for Wooden Boats has long been dedicated to keeping our unique maritime heritage alive. One way the Center accomplishes this is by offering boat building and other educational classes to young people. For those who can’t afford classes, the Center offers generous scholarships.

Currently, the Center has embarked on a $10 million capital campaign to expand its physical facilities—and its services to young people. It is Citrone’s pleasure to commit a portion of our fee from each residential transaction to The Center for Wooden Boats.
